Upon selecting a suitable candidate, we will coordinate the scheduling details and confirm the booking with you. Please note that we require a $300 deposit (Full Time) and $50 deposit (Part Time) to secure your job post, ensuring our commitment to providing you with the highest standard of service.

Payroll

Through our payroll process, we prioritize transparency and reliability, guaranteeing that our sitters receive fair and timely compensation for their dedicated service. Our recommended market rate for a nanny is $21-30/hr (as of 3/15/24). We utilize Square.com to streamline payroll operations, allowing us to manage hours worked, rates, and payments seamlessly. Moreover, Square’s payroll system adheres to all legal and regulatory standards, providing both clients and caregivers with peace of mind.
